Issue No. 09-07 January 2010 Greetings To My Partners, Fellow Christians, Family and Friends: As 2010 begins, I’d like to say thank you to all of you for your prayers, encouragement, financial and various other support last year. In 2009 the Lord blessed me to make three mission trips; Barbados, Trinidad and Uganda. In addition, the transition for my mother to a nursing facility to get the needed daily assistance was finalized. She is doing well. I was also privileged to work with and teach at the new House of Mercy Bible College in Belton. This was a year of ministering aboard as well as in many USA Churches and Conferences. The first half of the year was filled with the coordination of the annual Kingsway - Kings Leading Ladies Conference. I also had the privilege of Hosting Apostle Margaret Lee from Trinidad and her team in my home. She came to minister at the Kings Leading Ladies Conference. The mission trips this year were awesome. I returned to Barbados with Dr. Dave and Sandra Weimer, founders of Light To The Nations and both Bible Colleges in Barbados and Trinidad. We stayed with families in Barbados and ministered almost every day. Dr. Weimer and I flowed under the same anointing as we encouraged the saints in churches, Caribbean Mission Bible College (CMBC) and at the Kingsway Fellowship gathering for Kingsway ministers. Dr. Ron Hercules and his wife, Pat, Bible College President, were blessed to move into their new home this year. They are doing a lot of the work themselves. CMBC is thriving with students from many denominations hungry to learn the Word of God. We traveled on to Trinidad for their Kingsway conference, CMBC Trinidad graduation ceremony, a communion service and board meeting, and also minister in many of the churches there. We were met by Dr. Leo and Edith Fram. I was so blessed to lead this team of “spiritual giants” back to the Caribbean. They all operated in the truest sense of unity and humility. The saints were so excited to see all of us and to rekindle their bond with Dr. Weimer, their founder. We were able to purchase a computer, printer and router for the Bible College. The Trinidad Kingsway Conference brought many past and present members together for teaching, preaching and fellowship. Several setbacks occurred while preparing for and traveling to Uganda. Some here wanted to join the team but did not have the finances to go. I was able to join my former roommate from Canada, Dr. Cathy Koshman, and reschedule the trip. Many of you blessed me with the needed funds to go. Other setbacks occurred, including flight cancelations, but praise God we made it there. The mission journey to Uganda was very powerful. A team of four of us, including Pastor Peter Odoi and Allan, a husband and wife from Uganda, ministered in three rural villages and two schools. God ordained this team. We taught and preached on Salvation, Healing, The Holy Spirit, Love and Gods Acceptance for them. We also ministered in a Crusade. As we came away from each village we realized they were healed, filled and inspired to go and be successful men and woman of God doing the same for others. So many saints are feeling rejected, unloved, and powerless. Many walk in fear and doubt, believing God cannot possibly love them. Our team was inspired to minister to and empower the ministers and people to walk in the power and authority God has given them; And to pray for and claim their healing. What a great back-to-basic inspired word on believing God’s Word and promises to us. With all the ministering, we took a one-day safari to Elizabeth Park. What a wonderful time seeing the animals in their natural habitat. Yes, I have pictures! God continues to show me how he is connecting His body of believers together from all over the world. It is such an honor for God to allow me to go so many places sharing His love and meeting, encouraging and being encouraged by them in return. Thank you again for all your support. I love God I love my call to the Mission field, I love the saints of God, I love those God wants to save and I love you all. My Mission Schedule for 2010 is pending. I will share the plans as God unfolds them to me! May God richly Bless you and Keep you and make His face to shine upon you and give you peace. I ask for your support, your prayers, your encouragement, and your financial donations to help me GO. As you are led by God consider sowing financial seed by becoming a monthly partner or giving a donation to Light To The Nations to help fund these mission trips.
