Cecil was married to Bobbie Wade-Waldron and to that marriage was born four sons, Bryan, Troy, Aaron and Todd Waldron.  Cecil was 1st Lt. United States Army serving in Vietnam where was exposed to Agent Orange.  Cecil also was employed for  30 years as Executive Administrator at Ford Motor Company in Michigan and Illinois.
