School Story:

After joining Delta Sigma Theta, we were required to attend the meetings and it was mandatory for us to "be on time." On the days of our meetings, my Physical Education classes ended very close to the meeting times so, many times I didn't have time to eat dinner.
One day I was late because of swimming practice, and my strong tough Sorors: ALICE BANKS, JACKIE BROWN, BETTY BETTIS AND MARILYN LAMBERT reminded me of my tardiness. I told them, "My food was more important than the sorority because when I am hungry, I'm going to eat." They just laughed and said, "Girl, go on and eat!"
I've always enjoyed the "Greek Sings" especially when the Deltas won.
Helping to organize the church choir.
Nominated by Kappa Alpha Psi to represent them as their homecoming queen.
I don't think anyone will forget Dr. Keller with his 700 Latin prefixes and subfixes we had to learn for Anatomy & Physiology.
