Comments:

After graduating from KSC (as it was called then), I taught biology for 1 year in Lawrence, Ks. Then Ford Motor Company (who my brother was working for), "made me an offer I couldn't refuse". I began a completely different career from education to accounting, bookkeeping, and financial statements. I was trained as a Zone Manager to call upon 15 to 17 dealers per week. I worked out of the District Office in Omaha and traveled the states of South Dakota & Nebraska. Then the urge to use my degree in biological science kicked in and brought a new dimension to my life. God blessed me with the experience to share my knowledge by teaching high schools in Omaha, Minneapolis, Chicago, Kansas City, and finally ending my 35 years of "touching the the future" in Topeka. Teaching Anatomy & Physiology was my main love with Zoology and Botany a close 2nd & 3rd choice. I also coached track in all schools where I taught. I earned a 2nd degree black belt in TaeKwonDo and use my archery skills to hunt deer. I have a grandbaby which takes up a lot of my retired time. I am healthy and have peace of mind and thank God for all his blessings.

School Story:

I ran track at KSC following my older brother Jonathan's (Wally) footsteps. Where he set records, I followed by breaking them or leaving them across the Midwest.
