Frank White

After I graduated I entered active duty as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army; after two years in the service, I was offered a position in the personnel department of Crown Zellerbach in San Francisco. After nearly two years of service I shifted to employment in County-level government in the Personnel Department where I retired with 32 yrs service. I am currently a part-time Personnel Trainer, which has always been my first love.

After retirement from my position with Alameda County, I attended school to become a personal trainer. I became certified as a Personal Fitness Trainer by the National Acadamy of Sports Medicine. Within the last three years I was certified as a Posture Alignment Specialist utilizing the Egoscue Method.
